(My new favorite is the 80% Panama from Equal Exchange!)

Among new added items are Fudge Bites from John Kelly, a Chocolate Carmel with Hawaiian Pink Salt and a Dark Chocolate with French Grey Sea Salt. How to taste Chocolate...
"Chocolate should be at the appropriate temperature for tasting - somewhere between 66-76 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bitterness, acidity, sweetness, astringency and saltiness (depending on the filling) are the basic tastes inherent to chocolate. The cocoa should be slightly bitter, but without being acrid. A barely perceptible touch of acidity and slight sweetness help only to highlight other, more powerful flavors.
....And, As people's taste for chocolate is developed and refined, they can distinguish the subtle differences in the flavor of chocolate made with cocoa beans of various origins and intensities", much like the transformation in taste that occurs with coffes and wines.

Patrick was inspired again and created an amazing new dessert line of truffles. Flavors and experiences include: Coconut Creme Pie, Boston Creme Pie, Strawberry Mousse, Passion Fruit Mousse Cup, Peach Cobbler and an unbelievable Pistachio Marzipan Whip. We have a new saying at the shoppe, "These Chocolates are to Live For!".
Moonstrucks Champagne Truffle is our Summer Special, making great favors for dinner parties. Plus we now carry wine, for that perfect gift pairing with chocolates!
