Hi Everyone,
OK This is different! -
First, we have never had a tasting event on a Saturday. Second, we are adding pastries to our extensive line up of chocolates. Paul and Cassandra Conti of Casereccio Cakes have created a new twist on desserts with 'THE CAKE TRUFFLE", luscious cake blended and rolled with smooth butter cream frosting and then dipped in gourmet chocolates. Casereccio means 'homemade' in Italian. Paul and his wife Cassandra make their incredible specialties in the fabulous space of Elizabeth Kennedy Catering. Their wedding cakes are sophisticated masterpieces and their pastries range from classic traditionals to the totally 'out-of the box'.
Come sample these lovely little nuggets along with some other baked goods, teas, sipping chocolate and an array of organic chocolate bars for an afternoon of pure taste bud indulgence.
