About the Owner

“I’m Italian and passionate about many things, but when I discovered the world of chocolate in 2006 – it was like my passion went on steroids!”

I was born and raised in New York and throughout my life have explored many different places and careers. I’ve gone from being a midtown executive assistant to providing Telluride, Colorado ski resort restaurants with homemade desserts. From massage therapy to church ministry; being a wedding caterer and a realtor. From as far north as New Hampshire and as far south as Florida, all I have ever wanted to do is take care of people and make them happy.

With Faith, Hope and… Chocolate! I have created a product and atmosphere that is elegant and homey, allowing people to share and open up with me. Chocolate is the perfect avenue to reach people on a personal level through good times and bad and it is my pride and joy to be a part of all of my customers lives.
